Nurse Niki, for him

Energy, weight, sleep and sex, treated as one system. No lecture.

The idea

Nothing is “just age.”

Low energy, brain fog, the weight that will not move, worse sleep, and sex that isn’t reliable anymore. Most clinics treat those one at a time, if at all. I read testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, metabolism and sleep together, then build one plan.

Nurse practitioner, not an MD: I diagnose, order labs and prescribe, including testosterone. You see me first, and again whenever anything changes.

A person, never a project.

My story

I’ve watched a man I love get rushed.

Nursing came naturally to me. What didn’t was sitting beside my husband in exam rooms and watching him get rushed: short visits, a few numbers, no one looking at the whole picture. Most men only get sent here by someone who loves them, so I take that seriously. What you get from me is what he should have had: time, proper testing, and a straight answer, kept between us.

My why

“Your labs are normal” is not an answer.

You know how you felt at 30. That is the standard, not the reference range. If something is off, I’ll dig until we understand it, then we’ll address it with honest, evidence-based care. Optimal, not just “normal.”

Who I help

For men running on empty.

Told it’s just stress, just work, just age? Or never asked? You’re in the right place.

  • Low energy
  • Brain fog
  • Weight
  • Sleep & snoring
  • Sex drive & erections
  • Blood pressure & sugar
Care that’s about you.

What I treat, and how.

01

Testosterone & Hormones

Testosterone, thyroid and cortisol read together. Treated where it’s appropriate, monitored properly, nothing on autopilot.

02

Metabolic Health & Labs

The weight that won’t move and the afternoon crash. Testing beyond the basics, read in plain language.

03

Looking refreshed, not “done”

Structure put back where it’s gone hollow, only if you want it. Conservative, and always your call.

How it starts.

A forty-five minute first visit with me. If hormones are on the table, labs come next, and treatment only if your numbers say so. Self-pay, and private.

04

IV Therapy, brought to you

Hydration and recovery where you are. Arranged personally, never an online calendar.

One plan, built around you. What’s right for you is a conversation, not a checkout.

Flexible monthly payment plans are available through Cherry.

Questions men ask me

Plain answers, in my words.

Do you prescribe testosterone?

When labs and symptoms call for it. Injections or gel, prescribed by me and monitored by me and my team, fertility discussed first. Not everyone needs it.

My doctor said my testosterone is normal. Is it?

“Normal” is a range built from sick and well men of every age. Optimal for you is a different question, and it’s the one I ask.

Does anyone find out?

Not from me. Your chart is yours. Nothing goes to a partner, an employer, or a marketing list. If you’d rather start quietly, text my office one line at 702-866-9998. We reply within one business day.

What happens at a first visit?

About forty-five minutes, in a private office, no shared lobby. We talk properly first. If hormones are on the table, the next step is a lab draw, and we sit down with the results a few weeks later, explained in plain language. If you just want a proper physical and bloodwork first, that is a fine place to start.

Will I always see you?

At the start, yes: the consult, the plan, your first treatment, and your first follow-up are with me. Once you are settled, the routine visits are with my team, people I trust who know your plan. I stay close, and I step back in the moment anything changes.

Do I have to come in?

The first visit is in person. Follow-ups can be by video, and labs can be drawn near you.

What if it isn’t something you treat?

I’ll say so. Sleep apnea, heart risk, anything outside my scope: I’ll tell you and send you to the right person.

What does it cost?

Every plan is custom, so I walk you through cost in the consult, before anything is ordered. Self-pay, no memberships, payment plans if you want them.
