Do you treat men, or only women?
I care for men as well as women on hormone health. The approach is the same: measure comprehensively, read the results against how you actually feel rather than against a broad reference range alone, and build a plan that gets monitored and adjusted over time rather than issued once.
Most of my practice is women, largely because women are more often dismissed and go looking harder for someone who will not do that. But the physiology of feeling flat, sleeping badly, losing strength and losing drive is not gendered, and neither is being told your labs are fine.
For men the conversation usually starts around energy, body composition, recovery, mood and libido. The work is the same shape: a full panel rather than a single marker, interpretation that accounts for symptoms, and ongoing follow-up.
