It’s how I describe what I actually do. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and I don’t treat one symptom at a time — I look at the whole picture and build a plan around it. Hormones, labs, skin, energy: they’re connected, so I treat them that way.

What does hormone therapy with you involve?

We map your full hormone picture first — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA — and then build therapy around what we find. Not a template. That means a thorough consult, a plan made for you, and ongoing monitoring so we adjust as your body responds.

My labs came back normal but I still feel awful. Can you help?

That’s a lot of what I do. Optimal is not the same as normal. Your symptoms are real even when a lab reads inside the reference range, and I’ll dig until we understand why — comprehensive testing, read back to you in plain language, then a plan that fits your life.

What happens at a first consult?

We talk, properly. I want your history, your symptoms, and what you’re actually hoping to change. From there we decide what testing makes sense and what a plan could look like. You’ll leave understanding what’s going on and what happens next — no jargon, no rush.

What aesthetic treatments do you offer?

Botox and Dysport, filler, Radiesse, Sculptra, EZ Gel PRF, PDO threads, and medical-grade skincare. I map a plan around your face in the consult. The goal is restorative and natural — refreshed, never overdone.

How does mobile IV therapy work?

What do PDO threads do?

PDO threads are dissolvable sutures placed under the skin. Depending on the type, they either provide gentle lift by repositioning tissue, or stimulate collagen along the line of the thread. The material absorbs over months; the collagen response is what persists.

Threads occupy a middle ground between injectables and surgery, and they are frequently oversold as an alternative to a facelift. They are not that, and anybody promising it is setting you up to be disappointed.

What they can do is provide a degree of repositioning and a collagen response in the right candidate — which depends heavily on skin quality, tissue laxity and where you are starting from.

The honest version is that they suit some faces very well and others not at all, and telling the difference is what the consult is for.
