It’s how I describe what I actually do. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and I don’t treat one symptom at a time — I look at the whole picture and build a plan around it. Hormones, labs, skin, energy: they’re connected, so I treat them that way.

What does hormone therapy with you involve?

We map your full hormone picture first — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA — and then build therapy around what we find. Not a template. That means a thorough consult, a plan made for you, and ongoing monitoring so we adjust as your body responds.

My labs came back normal but I still feel awful. Can you help?

That’s a lot of what I do. Optimal is not the same as normal. Your symptoms are real even when a lab reads inside the reference range, and I’ll dig until we understand why — comprehensive testing, read back to you in plain language, then a plan that fits your life.

What happens at a first consult?

We talk, properly. I want your history, your symptoms, and what you’re actually hoping to change. From there we decide what testing makes sense and what a plan could look like. You’ll leave understanding what’s going on and what happens next — no jargon, no rush.

What aesthetic treatments do you offer?

Botox and Dysport, filler, Radiesse, Sculptra, EZ Gel PRF, PDO threads, and medical-grade skincare. I map a plan around your face in the consult. The goal is restorative and natural — refreshed, never overdone.

How does mobile IV therapy work?

What is PRF, and what is EZ Gel?

PRF stands for platelet-rich fibrin: a preparation made from a small sample of your own blood, concentrated to retain platelets and growth factors. EZ Gel is a form of it processed into a gel. Because the material comes from you, there is nothing synthetic being introduced.

The appeal is straightforward. We draw a small amount of your blood, process it, and use the concentrated portion — no manufactured product involved.

It is generally used where the aim is skin quality and tissue health rather than structural volume, and it is often combined with other treatments rather than used alone.

As with everything else here, whether it suits you is a consult question. What I can say generally is that it is one of the treatments where expectations matter most: it is a gradual improvement in quality, not an overnight change in shape.
