It’s how I describe what I actually do. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and I don’t treat one symptom at a time — I look at the whole picture and build a plan around it. Hormones, labs, skin, energy: they’re connected, so I treat them that way.

What does hormone therapy with you involve?

We map your full hormone picture first — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA — and then build therapy around what we find. Not a template. That means a thorough consult, a plan made for you, and ongoing monitoring so we adjust as your body responds.

My labs came back normal but I still feel awful. Can you help?

That’s a lot of what I do. Optimal is not the same as normal. Your symptoms are real even when a lab reads inside the reference range, and I’ll dig until we understand why — comprehensive testing, read back to you in plain language, then a plan that fits your life.

What happens at a first consult?

We talk, properly. I want your history, your symptoms, and what you’re actually hoping to change. From there we decide what testing makes sense and what a plan could look like. You’ll leave understanding what’s going on and what happens next — no jargon, no rush.

What aesthetic treatments do you offer?

Botox and Dysport, filler, Radiesse, Sculptra, EZ Gel PRF, PDO threads, and medical-grade skincare. I map a plan around your face in the consult. The goal is restorative and natural — refreshed, never overdone.

Why is a normal TSH not the whole thyroid picture?

TSH is a pituitary signal, not a measure of thyroid hormone itself. It is a good screening test and a poor complete one. A fuller assessment looks at the circulating hormones and, where the history warrants, antibodies — because it is possible for TSH to read acceptably while the rest of the picture does not.

TSH is the message the pituitary sends the thyroid. Measuring it tells you what the instruction was, not what the thyroid did about it, or how much of the resulting hormone is active and available.

That distinction matters because thyroid symptoms are so easily attributed elsewhere. Fatigue, cold intolerance, hair changes, constipation, low mood, weight that will not move, foggy thinking — every one of those has other explanations, which is why a single screening number gets treated as case closed.

A fuller panel does not always change the conclusion. Often it confirms the thyroid is genuinely fine and we look elsewhere, which is worth knowing properly rather than assuming.
